Metro Floor Hockey League
The Metro Floor Hockey League is an organized and competitive floor hockey program for youth in the tri-state area. The MFHL provides an exciting hockey experience filled with teamwork, competition and sportsmanship at the SAR High School Hockey Rink.

Mites League: Grades 1 & 2
Junior League: Grades 3, 4, 5
Senior League: Grades 6, 7, 8
Senior League action begins Saturday night, January 10, 2026
Mites and Junior League action begins Sunday, January 11, 2026
Early Bird registration closes on Monday, December 8, 2025
Mites, Junior, and Senior League registration closes Monday, December 22, 2025.
All Leagues will have 9 or 10 sessions.
All new Mites, Junior, & Senior League players will receive a new jersey with their name and number.
