Metro Floor Hockey League
The Metro Floor Hockey League is an organized and competitive floor hockey program for youth in the tri-state area. The MFHL provides an exciting hockey experience filled with teamwork, competition and sportsmanship at the SAR High School Hockey Rink.

Mites League: Grades 1 & 2
Boys Junior League: Grades 3, 4, 5
Boys Senior League: Grades 6, 7, 8
Girls League: Grades 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
All Boys League action begins Sunday October 11, 2026
Girls League action begins Sunday, October 25, 2026
Registration closes Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
All Leagues will have 9 or 10 sessions.
All new Mites, Girls, Junior, & Senior League players will receive a new jersey with their name and number.
